Maintained and encouraged discussion and affirmation of diversity issues on a campus of 2,500+ students.
Reported to the Senior Vice President of Academic Affairs and the Officer of Civil Rights, Diversity and Compliance.
Created and managed mentoring program for students matriculating from Boston Public Schools.
Investigated and reported on diversity programs at other colleges. Networked with other diversity coordinators for discussion and information sharing.
Reviewed college curricula and policies with the Compliance officer for diversity issues.

Provide administrative support to the Location Administrator, Human Resources/Benefits supervisor, Managing Principal, key Principals and Consultants for an office of 250+ employees.
Manage the training, goal setting and compensation reviews for a group of 5-8 administrative assistants.
Supervised new hire training process, including scheduling, HR orientations; new hire information packets. Reviewed and improved the process on a monthly basis.
Created, developed and branded the Office Wide Charities Committee that investigated the firm's practice of charitable giving, in collaboration with the Marketplace Leadership Council and the Office Advisory Council. Created the office protocol for soliciting charitable contributions.
