On his 28 September 2005 syndicated show, Bill Bennett's Morning in America, Mr Bennett said, "You could abort every black baby in the country and your crime rate would go down."  He later said that he was positing the unacceptable in order to make a point, but he kept reiterating his conflation of race, crime and heredity.

I found the full text of his statement and combined it with a photo of myself as a baby.  I did this to illuminate what Bennett was calling criminal - what he wanted to destroy.  Mr. Bennett's credentials are many (they are enumerated on the back of the card, along with his website) and he is a great rhetoritician.  He did not say "fetus" or even "unborn child" in his statement.  Since he says, "Baby," I made a piece that takes him at his word.
